Privacy Policy

Effective July 23, 2026

1. Who We Are

Signature Strategist ("we," "our," "us") provides credit consulting, tradeline coordination, and funding-strategy services. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect information when you visit our site, submit an inquiry, or engage us as a client.

2. Information We Collect

  • Contact details — name, email, phone, and the goal you share on our forms.
  • Identity & eligibility — government ID, SSN or ITIN, date of birth, and proof of address, only after you become a client.
  • Credit & financial data — tri-bureau reports, scores, income, banking, and business financials needed to deliver the Services.
  • Business entity data — formation documents, EIN, ownership, and business bureau reports.
  • Site usage — IP address, device, browser, pages viewed, and referring URL, collected via cookies and standard analytics.

3. How We Use It

We use your information to respond to inquiries, deliver the Services, dispute inaccurate items with the bureaus, coordinate tradelines, prepare funding submissions, communicate with you, meet legal and tax obligations, and improve our site. We do not sell your personal information.

4. Who We Share It With

We share only what is necessary, and only with:

  • Credit bureaus and furnishers, to submit disputes and verifications.
  • Tradeline partners and account holders you authorize.
  • Lenders, brokers, and underwriters for funding you apply for.
  • Service providers (CRM, e-signature, secure storage, payment processing, analytics) under written confidentiality obligations.
  • Authorities when required by law, subpoena, or to prevent fraud.

5. How We Protect It

We use encryption in transit, access controls, and vetted vendors. No system is perfectly secure — you are responsible for keeping your login, documents, and communications with us confidential.

6. Retention

We retain client records for the period required by CROA, state credit-services laws, tax law, and our own legitimate business needs — typically five (5) years after the end of the engagement — after which records are securely deleted or de-identified.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your state, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port your personal information, to opt out of certain sharing, and to appeal a denied request. California, Colorado, Virginia, Connecticut, Utah, and other state residents can exercise these rights by contacting us through the site. You may also opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies to run the site and analytics cookies to understand usage. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may limit site functionality.

9. Children

Our Services are not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

10. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date.

11. Contact
