Terms of Service

1. Agreement
These Terms of Service (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the Signature Strategist website, communications, and services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Signature Strategist (the "Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By using the Services or signing an engagement, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
2. Nature of Services
Signature Strategist provides credit consulting, credit-building strategy, authorized-user and primary tradeline coordination, and business funding strategy. We are not a law firm, CPA firm, bank, broker-dealer, or registered investment advisor. Nothing on this site or in our communications constitutes legal, tax, accounting, investment, or lending advice.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, a resident of the United States, and legally able to enter contracts. Business services require a registered U.S. entity in good standing. You agree that all information you provide is accurate, current, and lawfully yours to use.
4. Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA)
Our Credit Reset service is a "credit repair" service under CROA. You have the right to (a) dispute inaccurate information in your credit report directly with the bureaus for free, (b) receive a written contract before any services are performed, (c) cancel the contract without penalty within three business days of signing, and (d) sue us for violations of CROA. No fees are collected for credit-repair services before those services are fully performed.
5. No Guaranteed Results
Timelines, deletions, score changes, tradeline posting, and funding amounts are estimates only. Actual outcomes depend on the bureaus, creditors, lenders, your starting profile, and your follow-through. Approvals, rates, and terms are set by third parties — not by us.
6. Tradelines & AU Accounts
Authorized-user tradelines and primary accounts are supplemental tools coordinated between you and the account holder or issuer. We do not guarantee that a tradeline will post, remain posted, or produce any specific score change. You may not use tradelines with a "CPN," synthetic identity, or any number other than your own SSN or ITIN. Misrepresenting your identity to a creditor is a federal crime, and we will not assist with it.
7. Fees, Payment & Refunds
Fees, milestones, and refund terms are set out in your signed engagement letter. Completed work is non-refundable. Unearned fees are refunded per your engagement and applicable state credit-services law. Chargebacks filed without first contacting us are a material breach of these Terms.
8. Your Responsibilities
You agree to (a) provide accurate documentation, (b) maintain lawful use of any credit or funding obtained, (c) not use any account beyond your ability to repay, and (d) follow the strategy we outline. We may pause or terminate service if you provide false information or use the Services unlawfully.
9. Confidentiality
We treat your file, credit reports, financials, and entity documents as confidential and share them only with vendors and lenders you authorize. See our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Services is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profits damages.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which your engagement letter is executed, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state, or via binding arbitration if elected in your engagement letter.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after an update constitutes acceptance.
